NOW Property Preservation and Samuel Sesi Triumph Against Illegal Dumpers Again!

March 29, 2011 - PRLog -- NOW Property Preservation announces the capture of a mother daughter team in Michigan that was illegally dumping the trash removal from bank owned homes.  When performing a "trash out", it is critical to take before, during, and after photos that are time and date stamped.  In addition, a dump receipt is required.  While at the dump, it is necessary to take photos of the 'hauler' or the truck to haul away the debris also before, during, and after.  

Unfortunately, the mother /daughter team is one of many in the preservation/reo business that try to cut corners.  Through the new technique, Samuel Sesi was able to identify the 'before trash' photos with the 'after trash' photos.  These photos displayed the exact same type of trash.  After speaking with mother/daughter team about their treacherous deeds, they immediately sent over a 'dump' receipt.  Unbeknowst to them, the state police was already on the case.
