April 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Nationwide, across the United States, whether in rural communities or cities, there are other occupants of the foreclosure homes suffered by the mortgage meltdown.  These occupants could be birds, raccoons, snakes, or cats, for example as NOW Property Preservation and Sam Sesi witnessed.

Especially during the spring season, when the cubs or offspring are born, the mothers seek refuge.  Due to the enormous amount of foreclosure homes caused by the mortgage meltdown, there is danger for the animals, the inspectors observing the house, and damage to the foreclosure home.

Only by employing experts who have experience in capturing and releasing the wild animals, is the method utilized by NOW Property Preservation and Sam Sesi due to the mortgage meltdown in the foreclosure homes.

One of the most memorable captures was of a raccoon with her 6 cubs that were pulled from the ceiling.  The raccoons later were released into the wild by being set free.   All live animals are captured by licensed individuals/companies in order to keep the safety of the animals and the individuals.

After capture and removal into the wild, NOW Property Preservation begins to maintain and enhance the homes.
