Teen Lupus - The Prose and Cons

Introducing a fresh new web page specifically for teens with lupus. Meet Hannah, the talented young founding editor of "Teen Lupus - The Prose and Cons" @ The Lupus Magazine

March 28, 2011 - PRLog -- As The Lupus Magazine celebrates it's first anniversary online, a special new feature has been added.  "Teen Lupus - The Prose and Cons" is a teen specific page for younger lupus patients.

This new page will be edited by fifteen year-old, Hannah Tubbs.

"I am here to try and provide a voice for all the younger people struggling with an autoimmune disease like lupus, which for a teenager, is not an easy task let me tell ya!

Bottom line is that teens with lupus are simply not spoken for enough.  I am here to offer a younger perspective and also share your thoughts and creative input in this new teenage lupus page we can call our own.  Please do not feel hesitant to reach out!"

Hannah was diagnosed with lupus at a very young age and can relate to how other youngsters with lupus battle this disease at an early age.

The editor of The Lupus Magazine, Geoff Thomas, added, "I 'm really excited about introducing a teen specific page and Hannah is the perfect fit to edit this new page.  Quite frankly, it's long over due."

Younger readers are welcome to contact Geoff and Hannah if they wish to contribute to "Teen Lupus - The Prose and Cons"
