Town of Shawville Mayor Albert Armstrong presented the envelope on stage in front of nearly 200 people. Blair had promised to reveal the headlines of the two local papers, The Equity and The Pontiac Journal, and both predictions were amazing and accurate.   He also promised to reveal a newsworthy item, this newsworthy item was the most astounding, on Tuesday he predicted the devastating earthquake and tsunami was going to hit Japan on Friday and that prediction was placed in the sealed envelope and placed in the safe as well. Unfortunately yet again his prediction became accurate.
