Arlington Private School to Host Apologetics Conference

March 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Pantego Christian Academy will host its first Apologetics Conference on Friday, March 11, 2010 at the Arlington campus located at 2201 West Park Row Drive in Arlington.

“At PCA, we believe 'college prep' means not only academically preparing our students, but also preparing them for the inevitable challenges to their faith they will face in college," noted Jay Pritcher, Headmaster.  "Over 80% of church-attending youth drift away from their Christian faith during college.  We believe apologetics plays a critical role in our students overcoming this trend by allowing them to question and challenge their faith in an environment, and with people, they trust at PCA," continued Pritcher.  "In that process, they gain the deeper understanding and knowledge necessary to be able to understand, fully adopt, and defend their faith in a hostile culture.”
