March 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Advise & Consult, Inc. is proud to welcome Patrick Coppi as a Consultant and Expert Witness in our Boise, Idaho office.  Patrick has over 25 years of experience in estimation and project management in fire and water damage mitigation, structural repair, content restoration, mold remediation and insurance claim contracting. Pat started as a General Contractor in the Boise area and then served 13 years at Disaster Kleenup Serving Treasure Valley. Pat was Vice President of Operations/ General Manager for the last 9 years at Disaster Kleenup. As an Industry leader Pat personally managed the successful restoration of 1000’s of structural and content restoration projects, over-saw and trained project managers that have completed over 10,000 restoration projects. In addition to Fire, water and mold Pats experience includes tear gas, trauma scene, fuel oil, natural gas explosions, Hanta virus, and Legionella cleanups. During Pats term at DK he was an expert witness and consultant help bring several law suits to resolution. Pat has rendered expert opinion of scope of loss and repair costs on hundreds insurance claims in dispute.

Pat is currently an independent consultant to the restoration industry. Pat teaches educational seminars for property managers, real-estate agents, insurance agents, adjusters, and claim managers on restoration industry topics. Pat is an accredited instructor for these classes with the Idaho State Department of Insurance. Pat currently serves on the Advisory Panel of the Idaho Chapter of the American Indoor Air Quality Council, and is in his sixth year of serving on the Idaho Chapter of the American Red Cross.

I have performed management, training, operation, marketing, human resources, analysis, and strategy. I have provided emergency mitigation and remediation services to municipalities, property management firms, property owner and occupants, and insurance professionals in conjunction with water, sewer, smoke and related perils restoration projects. I have mobilized restoration teams throughout Idaho and personally been deployed to the Natural Disaster Katrina where he supervised moisture monitoring teams assisting the dry down the FEMA Temporary Command Center at The Hilton Hotel, New Orleans, and the FBI New Orleans Head Quarters.
