Vehicle Inspection Company Helps Deliver Over $1000 of Items to Salvation Army!

Feb. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- During the slower periods of their business, Test Drive Technologies offers to pick up items that people would like to donate to The Salvation Army, Good Will, Toys for Tots and other charities in the Belleville, Fairview Heights, Swansea, Shiloh and O'Fallon Illinois areas.  

Test Drive Technologies received a request through their website over the past weekend from a young lady in the Fairview Heights area that is moving to Chicago, Illinois. Being a sing mother she was not able to move all of her belongings and take them with her so instead of just throwing them in the trash she asked Test Drive Technologies to pick them up for her.  Pressed for time because she had just landed a great job after graduating college at McKendree College she had contacted The Salvation Army & Red Cross to donate her items but they were not able to pick them up for two weeks.  She then asked around her local area and found Test Drive Technologies website.  The owner of Test Drive Technologies called the donor and confirmed her address and was there just a couple of days later with the mobile vehicle inspection unit. He loaded the items and dropped them off this morning in Belleville, Illinois.

Test Drive Technologies not only helps people move their items but also is a strong sponsor of many events and charities around the area. Some of their past donations have went to Tuesday's Child in Chicago, Illinois, United Way at a Golf Charity held by Scott Credit Union and just recently a donation of a $220 gift certificate for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection was donated to Alex's Avengers for a young man fighting a rare bone cancer.
