Feb. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Following an extensive in-house review and subsequent tender process, the community group UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) has chosen netXtra to design, develop and host their new website. Furthermore, the website will be integrated to the UKOUG’s back-office CRM system, allowing members to get access to a wealth of personalised information and other exclusive features.

After several months of comprehensive research, requirements building and supplier interviews, netXtra were chosen to design, develop and host the new website, as well as integrate it with UKOUG’s back-office systems. Offering a mine of Oracle-based information, the new website will also include a personalised members’ events area and a range of member forums and Special Interest Groups (SIGs).

With over 8,000 member contacts across the country, the UKOUG community look to their website to keep them informed and educate them about Oracle products and new developments. Members also use the site to book onto a range of UKOUG, Oracle and Partner events and as a central forum for associate communication. Furthermore, with integration to their back-office system, members will also be able to update their own personal profiles.
