Tweed Restaurant Debut’s Valentines Day Menu for two

Feb. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- The menu features three courses: Appetizer, Entrée and Dessert. Each course gives you a trio tasting. You’ll be able to choose three dishes from each course. The eight  appetizer choices consist of Salmon Tartar, Asparagus Risotto and Cheesesteak Croquettes. The nine entrée selections include Maine Lobster Ravioli, Braised Beef Short Rib, Orecchiette and Pork Tender just to name a few.   The dessert course includes six of the menu’s favorites, like the ice cream sandwich, two pieces of fried pound cake with vanilla ice cream.

“We wanted to be able to give our guests a variety of different choices for each course so they can fully experience what Pennsylvania has to offer in fresh produce, dairy seafood and meats.” Says Edward Bianchini, owner of Tweed Restaurant. “What better way then to share a romantic dinner for two with options both could love and afford.”

Also available as an addition to the menu for two is the 40 under 40.  40 wines that are under 40 dollars. “this is a great addition to the wonderful menu”, says Edward who created this wine list personally.
