Velocity Sports Performance Enhances Training With Combine360, IMG Academies, And Under Armour

Feb. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- BALTIMORE, MD (February 3, 2011) – Velocity Sports Performance, the California-based franchisor of sports performance training centers throughout the U.S., has teamed up with Combine360, Inc. for the Combine360TM platform developed by IMG Academies in conjunction with Under Armour. Velocity will integrate the Combine360 training and evaluation platform, designed to enhance overall athletic ability by incorporating the three main components of athleticism, movement, and character, into its current training program in all facilities nationwide.

Developed by experts at the IMG Performance Institute, part of IMG Academies in Bradenton, Fla., the unique and comprehensive Combine360 platform centers on the measurement and assessment of sport-specific ability, mental aptitude, nutritional level, the ability to communicate, and a variety of other athletic and character traits, allowing athletes from across the world to comprehensively measure and compare progress. All Velocity coaches will be certified in the Combine360 platform and will train and evaluate athletes using the measurement system.
