Governor Scott / FDH - Tainted Corrosive Drywall Chamber Testing Issues - Ignore or Address ???

Feb. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- New Florida Governor Scott, upon election, inherited Tainted Corrosive Drywall (TCDW) or Chinese Drywall (CDW) along with numerous highly political and financially challenging issues.

Florida Consumers, under previous Governor Charlie Christ, were able to achieve some tax relief, June 1st, 2010. On this date, the Florida Legislature passed House Bill 965, basically allowing County Tax Appraisers to value property improvements (houses / structures) with Tainted Corrosive Drywall ... as having ... NO VALUE ... or ... $ 00.00 ... when calculating Property Taxes.

Foreman and Associates has provided 100's of property owners with "Confirmed NDE Diagnosis", qualifying Florida Consumers for the tax break or relief and continues to support Consumers, and our New Governor.

Now ... New Governor Scott has the opportunity to set another precedence for Florida Consumers, by mandating the only specific testing,  that measures actual out-gassing or off-gassing ... CHAMBER TESTING ... eliminating so called "MARKERS" as orthorhombic sulfur or S8 and Strontium ... clearly not definitive and validated !!!

Without the lack or mandate of specific out-gassing or off-gassing testing, numerous groups, Contractors, Labs, and individuals continue to bend or twist the facts, to meet the findings, that suite their wants, needs, and desires ... again making Florida Consumers ... victims of the system.

Markers, like Orthorhombic Sulfur or S8 and Strontium once thought to be the 100% accurate answers, are now referenced as INDICATIVE, or NOT DEFINATIVE when diagnosing Tainted Corrosive Drywall or Chinese Drywall, failing to provide 100% accurate diagnosis, requiring further testing ... Chamber Testing ... providing 100% accurate, validated, confirmed information and specific levels of out-gassing or off-gassing compounds.

At this time, as with any new issue, specific ASTM type Standards, confirming acceptable or unacceptable levels, DO NOT EXIST, and will be required for FINAL ... validated, documented, legal issues and findings.
