The Scoop on Groundhogs

Jan. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Do groundhogs really predict the weather? Take your toddler to Huber Woods or Holmdel Activity Center to learn about these furry friends. You and your tiny tyke (ages 2-5) will listen to some stories, make a craft, and take a short walk (weather permitting).

This class is being held on February 2 from 9:30 AM -11:00 AM in Holmdel and from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM at Huber Woods. It will also teach the kids about weather predictors, other than ground hogs. Register ahead of time by calling the Monmouth County Parks System 732-842-4000.
