Tabletop Electric Fryer from Modena

Jan. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Demand from smaller businesses has prompted Modena Food Service Equipment to launch a tabletop fryer that gives them all the power they need in a more compact unit.

The plug-in Modena TEF4 has a space-saving single four-litre tank (compared with Modena's double four-litre and single and double eight-litre fryers) but has a 3kW output to keep the oil at frying temperature.

It is suitable for pubs, cafés and hotels providing food in bars or bedrooms.

The fryer is made from high-grade stainless steel, has a temperature range of 60°C to 190°C, and provides thermostatic control to ensure consistent results.
