Procedures that used to take staff hours or days to complete have been streamlined to actions that often take less than an hour to process. By customizing Foote Francis' F2 CRM module, the rent-tech.com.au website intelligently directs customer requests through an automated financing process and commences the order process. The sales staff is notified and order data is tracked in F2 CRM. The order is available to the various staff throughout the sales and financing process.

Accuracy, Speed and a High Sales Volume

The collaborative work between Rent-Tech and Foote Francis on the custom F2 CRM project helped win Rent-Tech a 3 year account with 157 schools (approximately 68,000 students) in the Catholic Education Office of Western Australia (CEOWA).

The implementation time for F2 CRM is much shorter than the time needed for many enterprise web database projects. Rent-Tech's customization of F2 CRM took ten months from start to the day the first customer used the system.

Foote Francis performed the discovery process over three months, developed system requirements in a month, and completed customized connectivity and integration with Rent-Tech's existing proprietary and industry tools over a five month period. The remaining month required a short test phase and was efficiently opened up to customers.
