Retriever Communications partners with IQPC for Field Service Management 2011
Retriever Communications has become an Associated Partner at IQPC’s 3rd Annual Field Service & Workforce Mobility Summit to be held between 22-24 March 2011.
By: Arthur Chan
The two-day event will see key industry speakers and leading experts in the field discuss innovations, strategies and the changes in the field service industry as a whole.
Mary believes the event comes at a crucial time as “The market has moved from an early adopter stage to early market, with more and more of our customer’s customers demanding near real-time information regarding service delivery.” Her sentiments highlight the evolving attitude towards field and mobile technology, as more companies adopt, and have witnessed, significant return on investment with field workforce technology.
The introduction of portable tablets to consumer markets has further fueled interest in field technology and its possible application within the enterprise, with Mary remarking that “The explosion in field device and operating system choices – from android phones to iPads - will make 2011 the Year of Mobile.”.
Mary Brittain-White will be speaking at the 3rd Annual Field Service & Workforce Mobility Summit, and in particular will discuss examples of how technology has been deployed in organisations and the benefits that have been realised them. As part of IQPC Australia’s Customer Management IQ event portfolio, the 3rd Annual Field Service & Workforce Mobility Summit will allow companies to showcase, benchmark and evaluate their field service and mobility innovations.
