Multisite Software Completes Integration of the ONLINE Rental Exchange.

Jan. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Winterville, NC – ONLINE Information Services, Inc. announced today the successful integration of its premier tenant-screening solution, the ONLINE Rental Exchange, with MultiSite Systems. This integration will allow MultiSite’s property management customers to view an instant credit risk decision and run criminal background checks and eviction searches all from within MultiSite.  

The ONLINE Rental Exchange will utilize application data entered in MultiSite to verify the applicant’s identity, return an accurate leasing decision according to the property’s policies, and highlight unpaid property management bills and disconnects from ONLINE’s unique national Rental and Utility Exchange databases and other national sources.  Further, the integration will allow MultiSite users to send their customer payment information to ONLINE automatically, helping to track customers who do not pay their bills from property-to-property through ONLINE’s national Rental Exchange database.
