TLC Eyecare & Laser Centers announces acquisition of Ophthalmology Associates of Metro Detroit

Jan. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Ann Arbor, Michigan – TLC Eyecare & Laser Centers is very excited to expand their services in the Metro Detroit area with the acquisition of Ophthalmology Associates, P.C., with offices in Southfield and West Bloomfield, MI.

This acquisition is the logical next step in expanding TLC Eyecare & Laser Centers in the eastern part of the state to join our 12 locations in Southern Michigan and Northwest Ohio. This acquisition allows the combined companies to offer a wider range of eye care services including Glaucoma, Cataracts, Diabetic eye care needs, Macular Degeneration, Eyelid surgery and Laser Vision Correction. In addition to offering more services, we will be able to offer greater financial, technical, research, and marketing resources to better serve patients and our network of Eastern Michigan optometrists.
