Participants of these all new Private Retreats will choose a package for their retreat focusing on of the following: Golf Game, Better Center or Focus on Flexibility. Aiming to address men’s interest and issues, Vita Vie Retreat trainers will guide clients in a one on one setting through their private fitness retreat. Individual sessions such as golf conditioning, pilates for golf, slow flow yoga for flexibility, functional strength training, balance training and private nutrition sessions are all offered. “Many men really need personal guidance in terms of health and fitness. Typically our retreats have centered a little more on women, although we have always allowed men to participate.
