By: Derek Stacy Formed in the fall of 2009, BrodberG (formerly known as the Eric Jerome Brodberg Band), started out with band members Clint Dickerson on (bass guitar), Tracy Nicole Anderson on (rhythm guitar/vocals) Jimmy and Eric have been invited to attend the national finals televised taping for the Colgate Country Showdown held in Nashville, TN at the Ryman Auditorium on January 13, 2011. They will also be attending the post party held after the finals at the Sheraton Hotel downtown Nashville. Jimmy Pardee tells us what this opportunity means to him. "This is a great opportunity for Eric and I to further our relationship and career with S.P.I (Special Promotions Inc.) and we're very excited to be a part of this." Jimmy's former band... Cry'n Wolf, was the host band for the contestants for the state finals for eight years straight. Now that Jimmy is part of BrodberG, he will be back at it again for as long as they hold the contracts. Be on the look out for BrodberG's new CD coming up sometime this year. They are currently working on it and predict it should be ready for release by summer. They haven't decided on a name for the album just yet, but promise it will be a good one.
