DCCS Announced Today New Technical Writer and Trainer

Dec. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- Douglas Consulting & Computer Services, Inc. (DCCS) announced today the expansion of its technical team with the addition of Marvin Douglas as Technical Writer and Trainer.  In this position, Mr. Douglas will be responsible for writing and maintaining technical manuals, documentation of system processes and ISO standards, as well as participating in, conducting and writing technical training programs.

Prior to joining DCCS, Mr. Douglas served as Project Specialist for Baltimore Healthcare Access, Inc., where he provided project training, quality assurance monitoring, government healthcare data auditing, and implementation of Medicaid Management Information Systems. Mr. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management degree from Towson University, and will obtain a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology degree from Towson University in 2011.
