Adaptik Corporation Named one of the Best Places to Work in 2010

Dec. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Adaptik Corporation today announced that they have been ranked number 31 on the list of 100 Best Places to Work in PA 2010. Adaptik was recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards ceremony held on November 30 at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA. The awards identify, recognize and honor the best places to be employed in Pennsylvania, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. This included an evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics and an employee survey. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.
The Best Places to Work in PA program is a public/private partnership between the Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and the Central Penn Business Journal. Created in 2000, it is one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the US.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
•   Have at least 25 employees in Pennsylvania
•   Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business
•   Be a publicly or privately held business
•   Have a facility in Pennsylvania
•   Be in good standing with Commonwealth agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction.
In addition to this prestigious award, Adaptik has also been recognized by Deloitte and the INC 500|5000 as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in North America.
