Developed in response to customer feedback and market trends, the SAFE 9.0 document management system expands on the already robust functionality of Cabinet’s industry-leading document management software. New features include:

•“Document Sets,” allowing for instant mass creation of predefined sets of commonly used documents within the document management system
•Easier management of documents received via the SHARE collaboration portal
•Improved compliance tools
•Enhanced document search capabilities
•Better control over workflows, including the ability to set end rules, recall or trace individual items, add new documents to existing bundles and set granular security levels
•“OCR Assist” in the BOOKS QuickBooks integration tool, allowing for instant capture of invoice numbers, amounts, dates and more
•Expanded options in the “batch” interface
•Several user interface tweaks, including the display of titles in document banners

The Cabinet SAFE 9.0 electronic document management system is available now. SAFE users should contact their Cabinet sales representative or account manager for installation instructions. SAFE CLOUD users will be prompted for an automatic update when they open their document management software client.
