Herndon SBA Guaranty Purchase Workshop by Coleman Publishing

Dec. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Ethan Smith, national legal expert on SBA Guaranty Purchase, will share what he knows about resolving conflicts between lenders and the SBA in a Coleman Classroom presentation on February 15, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA.  “The SBA wants everyone to know that they are committed to transparency and finding reasonable resolutions to issues that arise.  Prior to our workshop, our attendees will have the opportunity to visit the Guaranty Center in Herndon, VA, meet the SBA staff and ask them “real-case” scenario questions.  It is invaluable information that we want to pass on to as many lenders as possible”, says Smith.

Smith is a founding Partner at Starfield & Smith, P.C. specializing in closings for commercial lenders.  For over twenty years he has worked extensively preparing and reviewing loan files for conventional, SBA 7(a) and 504, and USDA B&I loans, confers with loan processors and in-house counsel, and drafts, analyzes and negotiates loan documents.
