Nov. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Media4Math is pleased to announce the launch of the digital streaming version of its Geometry Applications series. This 10-part video series aligns to a full-year high school geometry curriculum and focuses on applications of geometry to the real-world. In particular, applications of geometry to architecture, science, engineering, and cultural studies provide an interdisciplinary approach that enriches the math.

In addition, the TI-Nspire graphing calculator is used to solve the geometry problems introduced in each video segment. A companion teacher's guide lists all the relevant keystrokes for using the calculator.

The streaming version comes with high-resolution QuickTime videos that allow for additional transcoding to suit a customer's needs. In addition a broadband-quality Flash video version is also included. The entire video library comes with its own easily customizable browser. The content can also be integrated into a school's existing video streaming infrastructure.
