“Havasu Means Blue Water” a new e-book about a fictional Arizona town mired in the politics of division and anti-immigrant fever was written several years before the State became nationally known as a stronghold for conservative extremism says Author Ivory Simone. “Although my novel is about a fictional Arizona town, it has many of the features that have come to characterize the entire state. It’s a town ruled by the fear, insecurities and ignorance of its people who, in turn, victimize members of groups perceived to be threatening outsiders or weak and otherwise vulnerable individuals,” The novel will be released December 1, 2010 through lulu.com, Amazon Books and other major e-book distributors.
