Attorney Paul Kaiser files for St. Charles City Municipal Judge with a commitment to continued court efficiency in light of current economic pressures on the city.

SAINT CHARLES CITY, MO – Former judge and prosecutor Paul Kaiser has announced his filing for the soon-to-be open position of St. Charles City Municipal Judge.  

Kaiser says that he “look(s) forward to serving fellow St. Charles City residents impartially and fairly.”

In Kaiser’s time as a judge and prosecutor he has seen the many sides of criminal law and understands the realities facing any court.  St. Charles City is fortunate in that it is a very safe and comfortable city; however, Kaiser understands that some 95% of citizens’ court experiences are in municipal court.  A safe community like St. Charles City hinges on a court that upholds the laws of the city.

BIO – Paul Kaiser is running for Municipal Judge of St. Charles City.
Kaiser has served as a St. Charles County Prosecutor and as an administrative law judge in California.  He runs a private law practice in St. Charles City with his wife Emily Kaiser wherein they routinely deal with many matters in all counties and cities in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

He received his law degree from St. Louis University and, in his 34 years of experience, has received many awards/certificates from trial, prosecutorial, and judicial colleges.  Kaiser is licensed in Missouri, California, and federal courts.
