Sedation Consulting adds Anesthesiologist to Ambulatory Surgery Office Based Sedation Training Prog

Nov. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Conscious Sedation Consulting doing business as SedationConsulting.com announced on Monday the addition of Barry Friedberg, MD to its procedural sedation training and course development programs.  Dr. Friedberg is a Stanford trained  board certified anesthesiologist with over 30 years of experience,  who has specialized in providing sedation for cosmetic surgery procedures since 1993. A 2007 Congressional Award recipient  for his contribution to military anesthesia in Iraq & Afghanistan, sparing the need for anesthesia machines in field hospitals. Dr. Friedberg is considered a pioneer and innovator of the Propofol  Ketamine (PK) Technique which is an Intravenous technique that reduces the risks associated with anesthesia.
