1-5 minutes - Warm up at 3.5 mph

5-10 minutes - Walk fast at 4.0 mph

10-12 minutes- Run at 6.0 mph

12-13 minutes - Walk at 35-40 mph
13-15 minutes - Run at 6.0 mph

15-16 minutes - Walk at 35-40 mph

16-18 minutes - Run at 6.0 mph
