Nov. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- I have managed to lose 6 lbs in just 3 weeks . If you Follow this 5 simple tips for 3 weeks you will definitely lose 6 lbs.This are as follows

1. Work out! Get moving, take walks, ride a bike, take classes at the gym (super fun) 5-6 days a week, do an hour of cardio and 30 minutes weight training

2. No more soda, not even diet!! Water only!

3. I eat instant oatmeal in the morning, after workout I consume a protein shake. For lunch, whole wheat tuna, tomato and onion sandwich. Sometimes I will add fruit, such as strawberries and grapes. Small, low calorie snack before dinner. Dinner consists of protein and veggies. Now you can mix up what you want to eat for the day but mainly consume whole grains, fruit, veggies, water. Anything God did not create such as processed boxed foods (Stay Away!!) No sugar! If you are craving a "snack" don't deprive your self, eat in moderation.
