Nov. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Stamford, CT – Michal Meidan, an analyst in the Eurasia Group’s Asia practice, will speak on US-CHINA SECURITY RELATIONS at 7:00 P.M. at the New Canaan Library.   This free program is part of the Great Decisions series.

At the Eurasia Group, Michal Meidan’s research includes China’s energy and environmental policies, policymaking, Chinese elite politics and diplomacy. She holds an MA in political science and East Asian studies from the French Institute of Oriental Languages and Culture.  Prior to joining Eurasia Group, she was a research associate at Asia Centre at Sciences PO.  She also was a lecturer in the East Asia department at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.  She has published articles in China Perspectives, Asian Perspectives and the Journal of Contemporary China.
