Positive results for Houston franchise of NaturaLawn of America customer satisfaction survey

Oct. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- Bruce Granger, owner of the NaturaLawn of America Houston franchise, teamed up with MBS Marketing & Business Consulting, Inc., to conduct a customer satisfaction survey in July of this year. Bruce wanted to get the pulse of his customers in his continuing efforts to offer Houston’s best lawn care alternative. The results of the survey were outstanding. Ninety-one (91) percent of the respondents are satisfied with the services provided by NaturaLawn of America Houston and eighty-four (84) percent have recommended the franchise to their family or friends. The survey results proved that NaturaLawn of America Houston is meeting the needs of its customers. “We want our customers to be able to say that their lawn looks awesome and that they are getting what they pay for,” says Bruce.
   Bruce opened the franchise in January 2007. He wanted an environmentally friendly approach to lawn care for a lawn that was very personal to him – his own.
