Future Lighting Solutions offers LED Systems and Solutions at Hong Kong International Lighting Fair

Oct. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- Hong Kong (October 26, 2010) – Future Lighting Solutions announced today that they will present next generation lighting technologies and application demos at the upcoming Hong Kong International Lighting Fair in Hong Kong. The 3-day conference, starting October 27, 2010, showcases in-depth information about the newest LED products and technologies. Future Lighting Solutions’ solid-state lighting experts, coupled with LUXEON LED expertise from Philips Lumileds engineers, will share various integrated functions of leading edge LED technology, LED drivers, and LED Light Modules.

All simpleLED light engines offer a three-year manufacturer’s warranty as well as the full benefits of the LUXEON Rebel platform, including the ability to support drive currents up to 1000mA, compliance with ANSI color micro binning requirements, and a minimum CRI of 80. The LEDs are also UL Recognized, eliminating the need for a full in-system LED component investigation to obtain UL Listed status for new luminaires built with Future’s light engines.

-Philips LED Licensing Program
Customers can leverage certain specifically marked LED light engines within Future’s simpleLED program against Philips’ LED based licensing program to help qualify their licensed luminaires for a 0% royalty payment.  These specially marked LED light engines, utilizing Philips Lumileds LUXEON® LEDs, will incorporate a readily identifiable clover shaped symbol belonging to Philips.

Future’s simpleLED light engine program eliminates months of sourcing, design and engineering work. The program also offers pre-assembled light engines in 12 off-the-shelf form factors with a choice of LED count, color temperature, board layout and more than 600 customization options.
