No more Google AdSense revenue for charity: Google AdSense ad serving disabled to kriyayoga.com

Oct. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- One of the worlds poorest and war troubled countries is hit again. Thousands or more web publishers know these Google automated messages without name, yet destructive to hundred thousands or millions of poor ones living from charity projects financed by advertising revenues such as all Cyberspace Ashram activities and its many small daily charity projects in Kingdom of Cambodia and the Philippines.

The first automated non-personal message from "Google AdSense Team" - NO name, NO person in charge, NO person accepting liability and responsibility for the message, its content or possible consequences. That is normal and typical for Google and other $-giants. Because nobody wants to accept full and eternal liability and responsibility - such people hide behind legal entities such as Inc instead of a personal business with real names and real humans.

"You have 3 working days to make changes to kriyayoga.com"

That was the title of the message I received on Sep 29, 2010. Such is the typical subject line of the messages with appropriate web site name sent out by Google. I was lucky to be within range of Internet rather than involved in a remote farm project or island charity project without Internet at all. I did the changes within about 3 hours by completely removing ALL Google AdSense ads from several major site sections, including the entire Forum for SCUBA diving instructor, divemaster, diving professionals, UW photographers, dive resorts, with the page Google complained about http://www.kriyayoga.com/expert_forums/scuba_diving/posts... - then I also removed the entire Blog and all marriage, family, Christmas, God and Love related pages or forums.

Google AdSense ad serving has been disabled to kriyayoga.com - was Google's next message complaining that I failed to make the required changes. Oct 15, 2010.

A reply to Google the very same day remained without reply to this day. Hence as of a few days ago there is no more Google AdSense revenue to finance charity projects in Cambodia and the Philippine islands. At least for now.

Even worst. Today I had small street children fighting over the few dollars left to share. Zero revenue normally results in zero dollars for street children.

But today for the first time about a dozen hungry street children started to fight for the far less support they received. Some nothing at all, a few got only some 5 US$ per 2 or 3 to share. 5 US$ per 3 hungry children is nothing at all. Before with a steady flow of daily some 120-140 US$ daily AdSense revenue - I easily could spend 40-50 US$ or more daily and for special cases every few days 100+$ and every now and then up to a few thousand dollar for single extreme emergency cases such as a highly pregnant mother for delivery of baby and the first few months after delivery, or schooling for an entire family for a whole year to ease life or finance a new start of struggling ones in Cambodia and the Philippine islands.

When Google Inc commits serious infarctions - nothing at all happens

To protect your own profits or rules is one part of life and just fine as long as you apply the very same rules and rights to all others as well. To stay legal yourself all the way is another part of our all global obligations. To protect the right of others from being victimized also is part of our all duties. Knowingly earning money from illegal activities may be considered a crime in many countries - may be in USA as well.

Google is very fast in demanding instant changes within 72 hrs. However when Google Inc need to reply or act on their behalf when made aware of an illegal situation involving Google Inc - Google takes years and finally may do nothing at all. About 2007 I informed Google Inc about AdSense revenue made on a site with stolen content. Content stolen from my site - and most likely that entire site with several ten thousand top quality wallpapers was built entirely with stolen content.

That one particular site had a high Alexa ranking and may have certainly made a 4 digit US$ amount per month. There are sites that look so professional in technology - using stolen content and apparently using same or very similar technology and displays (it is easy to make modifications in templates to make the pages look even completely different from other similar sites. Yet the underlying technology appears to be often exactly the same. Such sites often look like a professional network - may be to accumulate revenue that eventually also could be used to finance terrorist activities. Even terrorist activities against USA ... Just an idea - but a serious possibility. Google never cares about ownership of content. Hence blogspot.com allows easy linking = HOT-linking of images and wallpapers from OTHER servers. In 13 years of professional web publishing I have never ever received a single request for permission to reuse any of my pictures on another web site or Google Inc owned blogspot.com blog. The number of hotlinked copyright infringement victims may be 5 or 6 or more digits and the $ damage to all these content creators accumulated may be 8 or 9 or 10 $ digits annual damage. No matter how big the damage to creators - most or all of them are financially too weak to defend their rights against Google Inc. Google Inc simply made too much profits already at the expense of all content creating victims. Google can and knows how to successfully apply time consuming/money consuming delaying tactics until a possible plaintiff withdraws and refocus on HIS actual work to create rather than to engage in legal disputes and legal battles against a $ giant Inc.

When ever a AdSense publisher uses stolen content to make profits - Google Inc also makes profits - at no extra expenses

Google Inc wasted MY time using totally underqualified employees writing totally unqualified irrelevant eMails to delay any action and to keep AdSense running and to keep earning from THAT site using stolen content. Finally I suplied technical evidence beyond doubt of MY ownership of the stolen content. Weeks later all stolen images and all Google AdSense earning was still up and running on that server. Nothing changed and Google kept making profits from knowingly stolen content. To make profits from stolen content in most civilized countries itself is illegal and may be considered a crime and thus punishable by law. There are many sites earning AdSense dollars from stolen content - also content stolen from my site - and Google is always earning its share of the AdSense revenue. Just as Google Inc is earning from hotlinked/stolen pictures used on AdSense-displaying pages on blogspot.com and on other Google Inc owned servers. Wasting time, asking for forms to be completed, asking for legal procedures to be fulfilled by the victim of copyright infringement material used to create (illegal) Google AdSense revenue FOR Google Inc ... is one typical tactice by Google to keep content creators away from complaining. Who has weeks, months or years time and ten thousands of US$ time for all legal procedures to stop Good AdSense and other thieves from earning money with stolen content. Only the richest companies have that money to file law suites against thousands or millions of copyright infringers around the planet.
