Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort Rallies for Snow Starting Friday, Oct. 15, 2010

Local skiers and boarders can save and enjoy giveaways at local events through November 22

Oct. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Las Vegas — Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort (LVSSR) is ready to rally the local community’s psyche for snow during a variety of local preseason snow sports events. Local skiers and boarders can check out LVSSR’s new Ski Vegas booth at various area events (see list below) and purchase season passes, learn more about ski and snowboard school and Snow Kids programs, and get the skinny on the Ski Vegas Ski Bus’ expanded season schedule. LVSSR will also hold special promotions throughout the day with plenty of perks for shoppers. As an added bonus, those who visit the Ski Vegas booth will receive a special gift while supplies last.

LVSSR is offering preseason pricing on its seven season pass options now through November 1. Passes can be purchased online, at the Ski Vegas city office at 7501 Tule Springs Rd., Suite 110, by phone (702-645-2754) or at the upcoming Powder & Sun Preseason Sale at the Ski Vegas booth.

Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort operates in partnership with the USDA Forest Service under a Special Use Permit on the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest.  This institution is an equal opportunity service provider.  The resort shuttle service operates with the support of the USDA Forest Service.  The Ski Bus is operated by Triple J Tours, CPCN #2032.  Centennial Transportation, CPCN #1110, provides the City Shuttle and the Executive Transportation.
