Gigantic Book Sale To Help Homeless Pets

Oct. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Thousands of books including:  Fiction, Non-Fiction, Best Sellers, Cookbooks, Children’s books and much, much more!  Gently used books, new books, hard cover and books on DVD will be sold for $1 , paperback s .50!  Autographed and specialty books will also be available.

Our annual Sale helps us (Montville Pet Parents) provide funds to help the animals currently at the Montville Animal Shelter.  This money has been used to defray medical costs such as eye surgery for an injured cat, a leg cast for a puppy with ligament injury and oral surgery for an older Cocker Spaniel. In addition, money from this event will be used toward building a new shelter in Montville.

Montville Pet Parents (MPP) is an all volunteer animal welfare group. MPP is raising funds toward building a new animal shelter in Montville to replace the stucture from the 1970's. MPP also provides funds to help care for pets currently at the shelter.
