Tire recycling machinery for crumb rubber

1.   Tire cutter: used to cut off the inner ring of tires.
2.   Wire bead extractor: To remove the steel wires from the tire.
3.   Tire crusher: To crush tires without inner ring into blocks of 50 X 50 mm.
4.   Secondary Tire Shredder: To crush the 50 x 50 mm blocks into 12 x 12 mm chips.
5.   Steel Wire Magnetic separator: To remove the steel wires with the help of magnetic separator.
6.   Fine Tire Shredder: To crush the 12 x 12 mm chips in to rubber crumb of 4 x 4mm.
7.   Fiber Airflow classifier: To remove the fiber from the crushed tire.
8.   Pulverizer: To Grind the rubber crumbs of 4 x 4 mm into 120 mesh powder.

Tire Cutter:

Used to cut off the inner ring of tires.

Wire Bead extractor:

A device to mechanically pull out the bead of a tire under ambient temperature; the purpose is to protect the blades in other machines in the whole processing system.

Tire Crusher  

This device is designed to crush tires into blocks of 50 X 50 mm for further processing.

Secondary Rubber Shredder:  

This machine is to smash 50 X 50 mm rubber processed by tire crusher into 6-12 mm rubber grain at ambient temperature.

Steel Wire Magnetic Separator:

Magnetic selectors can separate steel wire from the rubber grains.

Fine Rubber Shredder:

This machine is to smash 6-12 mm rubber processed by tire crusher into 1- 4 mm rubber crumb at ambient temperature.

Pulverizer:

Device to granulate rubber crumb of 5 -15 mesh free of steel and other impurity into 40-120 mesh fine rubber crumb.  

Dust remover:  

Separate fiber from rubber grains and divide the grains 40-120 meshes into thick and thin groups.
