CrossFit Norwest Has Moved

Sept. 28, 2010 - PRLog -- CrossFit Norwest has recently changed location. CrossFit Norwest has evolved over recent years moving from a small suburban garage in a unit block, to a bigger suburban garage in a residential area to a large warehouse style complex where it was THOUGHT to have had it's final destination. Well thoughts are not always reality. CrossFit Norwest has moved again!!!

CrossFit Norwest has recently moved to set up its elite performance centre to train indivduals in the sport of FITNESS. The NEW address for CrossFit Norwest is 336-338 Old Northern Road Castle Hill 2154. This at firs tmay seem tricky to find however we are located behind and below the MASSIVE yellow chemist on the corner of Old Northern Road and Castle Hill roads. You use the same drive way and just drive around to the rear of the building.

CrossFit Norwest has fitted the gym out with new flooring and weights and made the environment addictive. You can not help but succeed in the new box. The new centre is perfect for individual or team training. The new environment is great for one on one or group personal training.

CrossFit Norwest has many athletes competing in the sport of fitness with upwards of 20 people going to the next games. CrossFit Norwest truely is the premier venue for sports and performance coaching in Sydney and the Western Sydney region from Hornsby to Penrith.
