Crossfit Parramatta Games Day Results

July 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Yesterday, Sunday 3rd July, Jimmy, Matty B & Sion, competed at Crossfit Parramatta's "Best of the West" Games Day. The day involved three WODs, two qualifying and one for the final. A big congrats to Matty B who took out the Men's Advanced division of this event! Matty won the first WOD, and came 6th in the second WOD, which put him in 3rd spot going in to the final which he DOMINATED to take 1st place. Well done also to Jimmy who finished in 12th and Sion in 16th position. It was also great to see so many people from Crossfit Norwest give up part of their Sunday to come down and support the guys!

Congrats also goes out to Cam, Blocka, Mike, Carina and Margaret for competing in the Tough Bloke Challenge over the weekend!
