Dartfish and Edge team-up to bring the best online baseball viewing experience ever

Sept. 27, 2010 - PRLog -- Dartfish and Edge announced today that they have teamed-up to offer a new solution to the baseball and softball teams Worldwide.

The new solution consists of a Microsoft Silverlight based web application where viewers can interactively search securely and privately through stats of any game published online. Once the selection is done, the video tab gives access to the playlist defined by the search. The system allows great flexibility and videos are dynamically and automatically displayed according to the viewer search.

A key to the end viewing platform, is the creation process, where everything starts by simply charting key actions during the Game, using the Edge software, then merging the data created with the video feed captures (as many views as needed) and then uploading it to Dartfish web video platform, www.dartfish.tv. The data is automatically uploaded to the Edge platform, thus allowing a complete new experience. The full process is done within 15 minutes at the end of each Game.
