Sept. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- Yuri Rutman, CEO of film finance, production, and distribution company Noci Pictures Entertainment (www.noci.com) has announced a Spring 2011 start date for "Milwaukee", which will be directed by David R. Ellis ("Shark Night 3d", "The Final Destination", "Cellular", "Snakes On A Plane").

"I am very excited that we will be bringing to screen a truly unique film which will be directed by such a prominent film director", Rutman states.

"Milwaukee" which was written by Christopher Stapleton & Barry Ambrose, who is writing the upcoming film "Arabian Nights" that will be directed by Chuck Russell, is a thriller about a vengeful cop who falls hard for a headstrong young widow who helps him hunt down his father's killers in 1950's Milwaukee.

The film is being financed by  Noci Pictures Entertainment & Mind's Eye Entertainment and is being produced by Kevin Dewalt, Yuri Rutman, David Cormican, & Victor Love, who is president of Noci Pictures and will oversee "Milwaukee's" 3D production.

"We are currently making offers to cast and should be making some announcements shortly on who are leads are", Rutman states.  "This film is just one of many in our pipeline which is supporting a robust and healthy private equity investment environment for A-level films which is creating a bigger window for many hedge funds, family offices, and private equity groups to be our long term partners which is allowing us to finance and produce 'Milwaukee' as we as several other films over the coming year".

Noci Pictures Entertainment allows select global accredited ultra high net worth investors, sovereign wealth funds, Angel Investors, family offices, private banks, pensions, endowments, fund of funds, wealth & financial advisers, hedge funds, and other private equity investors looking to transition and participate in an exclusive opportunity in a market-neutral, non-correlated asset class which is immune to economic conditions, has built in guarantees for global distribution, integrates technology (3D production, digital distribution), and has a structure where Assets Under Management (AUM) would have a guaranteed ROI prior to revenues using U.S., Canadian, & international tax incentives, and, multi-tier exit strategies.

There is a very privileged and sophisticated way of financially participating in a basket of commercial films, which unlike a mutual fund, REIT, hedge fund, oil & gas investment, or other correlated asset class, can in certain instances provide a 60-100% ROI prior to revenues that has full transparency and has zero quantitative, exotic, or other confusing financial models that have in the last few years proven to be more risk than reward.

And with the growing demand of 3D Cinema, the costs of theatrical distribution coming down, DVD markets healthy, global Video On Demand rising, mobile technology, utilizing specialized social media and word of mouth marketing, and long term library valuation and multi-tier ancillary revenues, Noci Pictures has developed a very innovative business model and financial product that is scalable to both smaller investors and large institutional capital.

"I think the current Toronto Film Festival has been a great gauge in terms of whats been going on between privately financed films by companies such as ours, investors, as well as the ROI with a lot of active studios and buyers eager to buy original content", Rutman adds.  "I think between global investors educating themselves on the upside of film as a market neutral non-correlated asset class, our internal risk minimization strategies, as well as a lot of institutional and retail capital sitting on the sidelines looking at new alternative investment strategies, there will be more players in this space including investors and new companies similar to us that will be popping up that will be fully capable of developing, financing, and producing films within a portfolio".
