Help – Lost Car Keys!

Sept. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- Thank goodness for Locksmiths, that’s all I can say, as they were a lifesaver on a recent rainy day during Sydney peak hour. I had been late night shopping, happily oblivious and enjoying the sales and as I was walking back to my car, rummaging  through my bag with one hand, trying to hold the umbrella with my other, my stomach dropped as I couldn’t find my keys- I’d lost my car keys. I started to search around me hoping I had dropped them during my rummaging, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.


I walked back into the shops and asked the concierge if anyone had “handed any lost car keys in?” No-one had and my stomach sank again. I retraced my steps and asked every shop assistant I could find – even the ones in shops I hadn’t been to. Finally I gave up as the shops were closing and I needed to get home.

I went through my phone thinking of who to call to come pick me up when I found the number for Bensons Locksmiths (Ph: 1300 851 951 – put it in your phone now). They had changed all my locks at my home a few months earlier and I was so impressed with their service I had kept their number. I remembered that they also offered emergency mobile services - so I rang. They were very helpful, asked lots of questions and said they would send someone out within the hour.


I went to search for a coffee thinking that the one hour would probably be two or three. Just as I sat down with my coffee I received the call that they were here. The service I received from Benson Locksmiths was everything that you want from a lost car keys emergency service provider – prompt, efficient and they got me back on the road and homeward bound in no time at all.

I admit that I have lost car keys in the past but I have never received professional service like that at Bensons Locksmiths. Although I never found my lost car keys Bensons Locksmiths helped me out. I will now know who to call if I ever lose my car keys again – hopefully I won’t need to, but it is possible.
