How to bypass Windows Start up password

Start the computer normally, when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press “ctrl”+”alt”+”del” keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.


Tip 2:

Start system and press F8 key when Windows is starting up. Then select Safe Mode with Command Prompt and enter. Choose Administrator,the default password may be blank if you don’t set the default administrator password before.Then you will enter into doc Command as following.

Type “ net user net user xxx 12345 /add “ (xxx is the locked accout name and 123456 is the new password set on this account).Then you will see the Command Completed Successfully.


Note :The above tips only used in the situation that you did not set the Administrator password.What if you have set an Administrator password before?No panic,see the following tips.

We must know that Windows XP’ password stored in Windows  System32  Config under the SAM file.Ok,the you may know how to do.

Step 1:Login to a Computer that has Windows XP system.

Step 2:Copy the SAM file to a floppy disk.

Step 3: Then turn to your locked pc and insert the floppy disk Reboot the PC and enter into MS-DOS.

Step 4:In dos,type : del c: windowssystem32configsam ,then you will delete the SAM file.

Step 5: type : Copy a:sam c: windowssystem32config,copy the other’s SAM file to your PC.
