MyWorkSearch gives users access to a comprehensive suite of tools, information and advice, all designed to help them get into work, find a new job, or improve their skills base.

REDTRAY Academy Managing Director Fardad Gharebaghi said: “With so many people competing for each vacancy and more job cuts on the horizon, job seekers need the best advice and support they can get.

“Our partnership with MyWorkSearch gives all of our candidates free access to a unique service which will help them build their confidence, stand out from the crowd and maximise the value of their hard earned qualifications.”

Richard Alberg, Founder and CEO of MyWorkSearch, said: “The shared vision of MyWorkSearch and REDTRAY Academy is to help people into work and up the career ladder.  Moving from education into the jobs marketplace in the current climate is a huge challenge, but this partnership will benefit  thousands of people.”

REDTRAY Academy offers industry recognised accredited training programmes in IT and project management. The aim is to help job seekers acquire the sort of skills that businesses need, but without incurring the burden of a large student debt which could take years to pay off.
