The primary function of the transformer oil is to provide a high dielectric insulating material and an efficient coolant. The effectiveness of the oil as an insulating material is reduced as the moisture level increases, while cooling is reduced as the oil oxidizes. Reduce gas content and eliminate impurities from oil.

Our series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier  plant is designed for the following application:
I. Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil
II. Remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration
III. It can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation transformer .  
IV. It is mainly used for purifying the insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. The standard ZYD system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).

Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, series ZYD adds ROOTS vacuum system, second stage vacuum system to improve the effect of purification which dewaters, degases and removes impurities more quickly, more completely and make the oils dielectric strength value much higher. This machine also can remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system that can filter and be an independent vacuum power supply, this machine can be vacuum treating the electric insulating devices. Series ZYD utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology.
