QC Solutions releases FullCircle Mortgage Quality Control Software v 1.2.5

Changes include the updated QC Management report, a report mandated by FHA that complies with all standards imposed by FHA. We have also added:
•   Ability to export checklists, which compliments its current ability to import pre-formatted checklists. Format mode changed to XML
•   Pre-formatted checklists for FHA, VA, Conventional and Reverse Mortgage, as well as QA checklists for all 50 States and US Possessions are now available for import
•   Simpler method for creating new checklists using XML technology
•   Added notification system for overdue Documents and Memos
•   Modification are also complete and tested for FullCircle to operate using Windows 7 and SQL 2008 and Windows 64 bit
•   Improvements to our reusable address book. This feature is especially advantageous to our Outsourcing clients. Using the address book eliminates input of duplicate information for each customer
•   Updated user/ instruction  manual
•   Improved dropdown menu for easier workflow
Many of the change were suggested by feedback from current clients and their wish lists. Our developers continue to work on other changes suggested by our customers. We anticipate up to three releases per year, adding new feature and keeping up with mandated industry changes.
