FullCircle Web-Pro Mortgage QC Software is now Industrial Strength

The release of FullCircle Web-Pro Software, v1.4 includes many positive changes. Among these changes is the enhanced ability to make changes and additions to general loan data and AOR’s on the fly. Checklists now may be changed by adding, subtracting or editing questions and categories in the checklists. Both categories and questions in a checklist may be sorted to suit each individual licensee.  Checklist may be of any size and we have devised a unique method of opening any size checklist in seconds. One of our licensees included a checklist containing about 600 questions and reports no wait at all for the selected checklist to fully open.

All 32 Reports that were built in our server based software are now completed in FullCircle Web-Pro, including the fully automated QC Management Report and the Exception Trending Report. There is no additional software to purchase or learn in order to get these reports.

We have simplified the importing of loan files. FullCircle Web-Pro currently allows hundreds of loans to be imported in a single batch, and by year end it will be made to import as many as 10,000 loans at a time. That is over 2 million data fields. Now that is Industrial Strength!

FullCircle Web-Pro, V1.4 also has completed the development of its Pre-Funding module that now includes its own customizable Checklist and allows adding, subtracting and editing categories and questions in the Pre-Funding Checklist. Additionally we added a detailed funding recommendation report and a monthly pre-funding summary report for added convenience.  This is a real money saver for lenders and a money maker for Outsourcing professionals.

Most of these changes are as a result of new licensee requests. QC Solutions encourages these requests because we consider our licensees as partners. When we build a new feature for a licensee it helps all other licensees able to use the new feature.
