American Diabetes Assoc has Denounced the Barrier for New Areas of Research on Embryonic Stem Cells

"This is a serious setback for medical research, including research toward a cure for diabetes," said Richard Bergenstal, MD, President of medicine and science, American Diabetes Association. "This decision is a hindrance to the research that has shown promising results in treatment in search of a cure for diabetes and its complications."
