By: June Nery The winning team’s Tropical Study Buddy smoothie is made with strawberries, mangoes, peach juice, and lime and pineapple sherbet. The winning team’s back-to-school marketing campaign for the month of September includes “Get Motivated Mondays" encouraging students and parents alike to use a Jamba Juice Tropical Study Buddy to get their week off to the right start. Posters displayed in all 17 Colorado Jamba Juice locations will further support the promotion and reflect the student’s marketing plan. The first-year team members, supervised by advisor Melissa Gattis, were: Myranda Bergman, Mountain Range HS; Rachel Carnes, Rangeview HS; Kody Esparza, Pinnacle Charter School; Irie Johnson, East HS; Shu Lee, Niwot HS; Diana Morales, Aurora Central HS; Liam O'Neill, Denver School of Science and Technology; Karina Rodriguez, Centaurus HS; Bobbi Rucker, Manual HS; and Roland Torres, Smoky Hill HS. In addition to this “Apprentice- About JA Business Week Junior Achievement Business Week is an annual, one-of-a-kind summer program that lets high school students experience the business world, develop leadership skills and focus on the future. Students learn about business from more than 150 professionals throughout the week while working on “Apprentice”- # # # About Junior Achievement - Rocky Mountain Inc.
