Jason Green new single "Up In The Air" is about the women you leave behind

As a youngster in Northeast Arkansas, Jason loved to watch is father’s band perform on the weekends.  Finally at the age of 12 years old, his parents took him to see John Conlee perform at the county fair in his home town.  From that moment on, he was hooked.  He worked on his country style by working at the County Q Studios in Nashville with producer, Rob Matson who helped him take his sound to the next level.

Jason’s new single, “Up In The Air”, is off of his self-titled debut CD.  “ This song is about a guy that’s so in love with the woman that left that he does nothing but sit by the phone waiting on the chance that she might call  whenever she arrives to where she’s going.  Every sound haunts him as his memories continually go back to when she leaves”, states Jason.  Even though it is a story of the longing for that someone special, the interpretation and delivery is very upbeat.      This song has a mix of country and rock rhythm to it.  It has catchy verses with nice country vocals and harmonies.  It is a very radio friendly song and has sustainability in this industry.  

As are all of Jason Green’s songs, his story telling abilities are a breath of fresh air.  It’s that signature country sound that Jason acquired.  He applied it to his music and created beautiful stories.

Jason has played Sturgis Motor Cycle Rally, he has opened for ZZ Top, Grand Funk Railroad, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Poison, Daughtry and Toby Keith.  He keeps real good company!  This CD is a definite ‘must buy’ in my book.
