Zombie Drugs Reaches Post Production

Aug. 6, 2010 - PRLog -- It's official, Zombie Drugs, a Dark Comedy/Horror in the vein of Dude Where’s My Car and Shaun of the Dead, has completed principle photography and entered Post Production.  

Vinny and Sebastion, two burnouts, going nowhere in small town suburbia and still riding the high of their high-school days, start a business doing the only thing they have ever excelled at...drugs. With the help of a jealous girlfriend and a rich goth chick, Vinny and Sebastion take on the mob, angry, geeky, frat-boys, and zombies in the search of the perfect high.

This film stars Beau Nelson, Wolfgang Weber, Alex Ballar, Natalie Irby, Susan Graham and Bobby Burkey.

Alex Ballar is the writer and director and also stars in Zombie Drugs as the role of Michael.  Alex is known for his roles in 'Sasquatch Mountain', 'War Wolves', 'I Love You, I Love You Not', among many other Sci Fi Network shows.  Alex has a large following in the industry.

Beau is currently co-starring with Jeremy London in ‘Q For Death’ and recently supported Tom Sizemore, Michael Madsen and Joanna Pacula in Madoff: Made Off With America.  The show, 'The Adventures of Roman & Jorge' has just been picked up by a major network.  Currently, he is starring in his next film, Call No Man American.

Wolfgang Weber is slated to star in the film, Into The Darkness with Kiowa Gordon (Twilight) and Mischa Barton next month.  Wolfgang also has a number of other notable credits including 'Nip/Tuck' and 'CSI Miami'.

The film also has strong supporting roles with appearances from David Reynolds ('House of 100 Corpses', 'Hills Have Eyes II') and Russ Cootey ('The Resolve').
